Cass is outstanding
Cass is skilled, subtle, and compassionate. She listened intently to my complaints, took notes, and asked questions to get the best possible diagnosis and treatment for me. Her treatments were enormously effective and got to the root of the problem, which my primary care physician was unable to treat without medication that I didn’t want to take and which would have only treated the symptoms (back pain, headaches), not the underlying cause. She’s very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile.

Preventative medicine
Acupuncture helps me in so many ways. I sleep better, it helps with pain, stenosis, and it de-stresses and grounds me. That’s quite a wide range! So it helps with pain, and maybe it’s also like going to a therapist – without going to a therapist. I had acupuncture yesterday and asked Cass for help because I’m under stress – and Bingo – I slept like a baby last night. I’m having eye issues so Cass also gave me some Chinese eye exercises. I like them 🙂
